Learn the guidelines and techniques of pairing wine and food with Marc Papineau and Matt Dillon. Come explore the basics of finding balance when choosing the perfect wine to serve. The lesson will include snacks for the tasting and supper with wine pairing. Students will also receive a discount on our retail wine selection the night of the course.
No experience necessary. Class is scheduled to end at 9 pm.
