This event has passed.

Learn to make your BDSM play hotter by using a length of rope to pull someone suddenly into your arms, drop them to their knees, move them where you want them…painlessly & with grace & power.

In this three-hour class, we’ll blend lessons from martial arts, dance, and other movement arts to explore taking physical control of your partner and moving them with grace and flow via rope. Drawing especially on traditional Asian martial arts methods of entangling and controlling someone with a flexible tool, we’ll apply principles of anatomy, leverage, and energy flow to move someone where we want to move them in non-painful ways.

***For safety and to ensure personal attention to each participant, class size will be limited to 20 people. Due to the small class size, early registration is highly recommended.***

When: 12PM to 3PM
Cost at the door: $35.

Tops: Here is your chance to sharpen your physical control skills.
Bottoms: This is a great way to learn how to better non-verbally ‘read’ where a top is going physically in a scene, and submit with physical grace.

Bring a partner with you, if possible, but if you don’t have a partner, we’ll help match people up. Expect to spend the majority of the class getting plenty of hands on practice in a friendly, non-competitive environment!

There is no prerequisite for this course, and it is appropriate for all genders and sexual orientations. Students should be comfortable with moving a lot for the duration of a three hour class, but the pace will not be aerobically intensive. Rope tops will need to bring one 10-12’ & and one 30’ piece of 6 or 8mm rope. Hemp or other natural fiber is recommended.
