Learn martial arts training activities to get a good workout and enhance your BDSM play!

Not for the faint at heart! You don't need weight machines & expensive exercise equipment when you have a willing partner. Use your partner to help you get the best workout ever while having a lot of rough fun. Tops, be prepared to sweat! Bottoms be prepared to leave with your own workout and bruises.  Bring a towel, water bottle, and wear good workout shoes and clothing.

Please plan on attending with a partner and decide who will be the top and who will be the bottom. Switching is welcome.

All activities are appropriate to be performed in public. All attendees are requested to dress and speak in an appropriate manner for a public park. Information about Golden Gardens Park can be found at http://www.seattle.gov/parks/park_detail.asp?ID=243
