Tickets, $15 advance/ $18 at the door.

Cuerdas con Lunares translated is "guitar strings with polka dots". Polka dots were traditionally worn by the gypsies of southern Spain when performing the soulful union of song, guitar and dance which was eventually called flamenco. Lines and dots can also be imagined as written musical scores that can be rearranged multiple times to create different expressions of feeling and mood. Cuerdas con Lunares comes from three passionate artists who revel in the tradition of flamenco while adding something of themselves and their experiences. The group is based out of Seattle although all three individuals have crossed paths while working on their art in Sevilla, Spain.
