We talk to people at work, home, the store, clubs, etc. Sometimes this goes well. Sometimes it doesn’t. When it comes to talking about sex, love, and relationships things can get even more difficult. It’s easy for us to get stuck in patterns and behaviors that aren’t working well and missing out on the things we want.

The good news is that communication is a skill. Skills are built through learning, understanding, and practice. Join us for this workshop on the ins and outs of communication. We’ll talk about the basics of good communication and learn some tips, tricks, and tools on how to do it better.

So let’s talk about talking. Let’s talk about awareness. Let’s talk about boundaries. And let’s talk about how to get what you want.

A communication skill-building workshop.

Cost at the door: $50.
