Foundation for Sex Positive Culture presents: Enhancing Your Relationship Communication Skills

We’ve all had problems communicating at one point or another. We’ve all had relationships that didn’t work out because our partner couldn’t hear us or understand what we were trying to say. We’ve all had the thought, “If only I could figure out how to talk to _____ about _____.”

Here’s your chance to learn how to talk to the people you care about. This workshop will cover easy to learn communications skills designed to help your relationships. We will talk about monogamist, non-monogamist, and polyamorous communication concerns and give you a chance to practice right in the workshop. Bring someone with you to try out your new skills or find someone new to practice with when you get here.

Communication happens in all aspects of our lives. Come find new ways to do it better.

About the Educator:
Sar Surmick is a Sex-Positive Marriage & Family Therapist and Educator located in Seattle and Redmond, WA. Sar specializes in working within the Poly, Kink, Queer, and Trans* communities, seeing couples, individuals, moresomes, and families for relationship difficulties, mental health issues, non-monogamy work, gender, sex, and all identity concerns.
