In May 1970, the Who released the LP Live At Leeds. Recorded just a few months prior on Valentines Day at Leeds University, it perfectly captured an astonishing band at the very apex of their powers. The album was instantly hailed as “The Greatest Live Rock Album Ever Made.” Forty-five years later, a group of devoted musicians who grew up considering Live At Leeds as beyond-essential listening - as one of the main reasons why they wanted to make music in the first place! – now will pay loving homage to The Who and their brutal/ beautiful onslaught/ symphony. Not as an imitation act, not as a “Who Cover Band,” just as a celebration of the passion, the sense of commitment and devotion, and the pure elation of listening to and playing the music on Live At Leeds.

Please note: Tickets do not guarantee seating during shows at the Royal Room. For sold out shows standing room may be the only available space. Please come early to ensure you get a table.
