Hops and Chops, a Summer Send-Off Barbeque and Pig Roast

A summer pig roast with 10 great chefs each working their magic on a 100 pound specimen of porcine deliciousness from Carlton Farms. $30 entry gets you ten $2 tokens, and each chef will offer 3 items to choose from, a main and two sides, priced at 1, 2, and 3 tokens. A great selection of beers from Redhook, wines from Maryhill, and for those that don't want meat, or simply want variety, there will be copper river salmon from Drifters Fish. Live music throughout the afternoon seals the deal on this summer send off from Redhook and Edible Seattle.

On stage from Noon to 3pm, Quinn, followed by Yesterday's News from 3-6pm.
