**Second class session added at 4pm due to demand!**

Partial Suspension Bondage is beautiful, sexy, and intense. Many experienced rope tops and bottoms actually prefer it to full suspension for play, and it’s an important intermediate step to doing full suspension. Come learn how at this workshop!
In this three hour workshop, we'll review the hands-free chest harness and single column tie, and then learn and practice several foundational partial suspensions.

We’ll cover:
Selecting Gear
Evaluating Top Rigs & Hard Points
Basic Top Line Techniques
Line Management
Safety Issues
Partial Suspension Body Positions and Play

Class Prerequisites: This is an intermediate-level workshop. Students should be able to competently tie a single column tie and a hands-free chest harness or a 2-rope TK/Gote Shibari.

If you choose to use a TK/Gote Shibari, the instructor will examine your tie; if he feels it unsafe for use, you will be invited to use a hands-free chest harness instead for safety.
Due to the detailed technical nature of this workshop, partners will not be allowed to switch off—one person per pair will tie.

This workshop is appropriate for all genders, sexual orientations, and body types.

Please bring:
(1) 30' length of 8mm hemp or jute rope or full-size human load-rated synthetic line. Regatta braid works nicely, as does Hempex.
(5) 30' lengths of 6mm hemp or jute rope
(1) 45” Dyneema climbing sling (available at REI)
(4) Pear-shaped climbing carabiners. We recommend the Petzl Hera Attache, available at REI.  Catalog Item #109589
Optional Gear: Steel Suspension Ring

Need Rope/Gear? Twisted Monk Rope is offering two kits specifically designed for this workshop. Visit TwistedMonk.com to learn more.

To ensure personal attention to each participant, class size will be limited to 10 duos. Due to the small class size, early registration is highly recommended.
Cost at the door: $75 (Duo)
