Lionhead and The Elliot Bay Book Company are excited to welcome Chinese culinary authorities Kei Lum Chang and Diora Fong Chang on October 18th for a lavish dinner inspired by the release of their gorgeous and comprehensive book China the Cookbook, published by Phaidon.
Meet the authors and experience a memorable Chinese banquet prepared by Chefs Jerry Traunfeld and Kenny Lee. We are filling our dining room with round tables set for 8 and guests will share at least 16 dishes, all selected from the book and representing distinct cuisines from many regions of China.
Tickets include the multicourse dinner, gratuity, one glass of wine or beer per person, and a copy of the $49.95 book. 9.6% Seattle restaurant tax will be added when you purchase your ticket online.
