March 3rd 2017, one of the most active families in the Seattle arts scene, nicknamed ‘the Von Tramp Family’ is celebrating massive milestones: an album 3 years in the making and a human 70 years young. This is truly a family affair, marking the release of the album 'The Gospel Of The Gutter Queen'  where singer Caela Bailey brings her dad, Ron Bailey's words and music to vibrant life.

The album was created in collaboration with 50 of Seattle’s finest musicians including members of Industrial Revelation, Fly Moon Royalty, The Dusty 45's, The Georgetown Orbits, Mother Of Pearl, Wiscon and many more. The results can best be described as a meeting of many worlds, where old meets new, where rock & roll meets R&B, and where a father's songwriting meets his daughter's new ideas and original interpretations (her mom Cathy Sutherland even makes a few vocal appearances).

Caela released a music video for her cover of a Eunice Davis song "Get Your Enjoys". Be warned, this music video is not safe for work. It is filled with the stars of the burlesque world and is a representation of many kinds of love. Check out 'Enjoys' Official Music Video .

Caela Bailey has been performing for 10 years as a beloved member of the burleque and music scenes in Seattle and beyond.  She is a princess in the world infamous Royal Famille DuCaniveaux (The Royal Family Of The Gutter), Can Can Cabaret's Heavenly Spies, The Hillrat Fly Girls, the Fly Moon Royalty family and was the lead of her own band -Caela & the Dangerous Flares. She is also a frequent host of the worlds largest comedy/variete festival The Moisture Festival and Mod Carosel's boylesue group. Notably, Caela stars in Mod Carousel's parody of Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines, which has nearly 6 million views.

The evening of March 3rd will begin with a set from Ron W. Bailey and The Tangents. This is a celebration of Ron's 70 birthday. He is a local legend with over 40 years of writing and performing in Seattle, a founding father of the Royal Famille DuCaniveaux and 13 years as the artistic director of The Moisture Festival.

The night will continue on to the witchy woman magic of Caela Bailey and many of the folks who played on the album  along with people she has performed with over the years. Expect the unexpected with a mix of the many worlds of this vaudeville family! The show takes place in Seattles Central District at the historic Washington Hall.  Cabaret, vaudeville, burlesque and killer music combine to create a night you will not soon forget!

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Moisture Festival! (helping to keep art weird in Seattle)
