Della Rice-Sylvester is a traditional medicine woman from the Cowichan Tribes of Vancouver Island. She has been studying and sharing the medicine of plants all her life. Join The Cunning Crow Apothecary in welcoming Della for an evening of medicine stories, herbal wisdom and community ceremony. Della brings her deep relationship with the plants of the Pacific Northwest into a fun and joyful ceremony… making herbal medicine and magic accessible to all skill levels. 

In this workshop you will learn the names, identification tips, medicinal uses, folklore and ceremony of a variety of medicinal Pacific Northwest plants. Be held in ceremonial space while you deepen in your relationship with these magical plant relations:

• Guchmein
• Devil’s Club
• Comfrey
• Plantain
• Snowberry
• Mint
• Thistle

**This class was originally set to take place at The Phinney Neighborhood Association, but has since switched venues.  This workshop will take place at The Cunning Crow Apothecary's Teaching Temple located at 9020 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle WA 98103, adjacent to the apothecary.  There is a gravel parking lot located north of the building.
