Seattle Women's Pride 2018 is Saturday, June 16, 2018!
This show sells out every year so we're upping the ante! You have been asking for her to return to our stage - and we listened! People's Couch Comedian Julie Goldman will headline Seattle Women's Pride 2018!
“I would be lesbian Maude,” is the answer Goldman gives when asked which show she’d reinvent and cast herself in. As for who would play her gay best friend in the show, she deadpans: “Jonny McGovern.”
Your ticket to Seattle Women's Pride gains you entrance to the comedy show, music, dancing, and all the PRIDE you can stand! Doors open promptly at 6 p.m. and everyone must have a ticket. No tickets will be sold at the door this year as we are expecting crowd overflow. Arrive early!
As in prior years, Seattle Women's Pride 2018 will honor LGBTQ+ members and allies for their tireless advocacy and dedication to civil rights and community commitment. Honorees for this year include Aleksa Manila (2018 Community Champion Award), Lifelong (Business Excellence Award) and Tina Podlodowski (Luminary Award).
A raffle will be held to benefit a community organization to be announced soon! In previous years, we've raffled off Seattle Storm jerseys, tickets to the 5th Avenue Theatre, Spa treatments, getaways, and more! New this year: enter to win a DREAM vacation to Puerto Vallarta for your crew! Tickets for this special raffle are priced at a low $25/piece (trip value is $2,500!).
Seattle Women's Pride is an annual event produced by The Seattle Lesbian during LGBTQ Pride Month. Everyone is welcome.
