Biscuit and Breakfast Sandwich Cooking Class

Chef Christian runs the hot line at Little Jaye - known for killer morning treats. Follow his demonstration of how to make the perfect biscuit and then try your hand at making some of our favorite signature breakfast sandwiches on the professional flat top, with biscuits to take home. This class is appropriate for grownups and teens.

Your instructor, Chef Christian is a South Park resident, proud father, and a recognizable face as the lead cook on the Little Jaye line. With experience leading popular cooking classes at Café Nordo and Luigi’s Italian Eatery, Christian brings both warmth and expertise to the table. He's originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina, and grew up on his family's New York Italian cooking.
