Information We Collect
When you purchase tickets on this website, we collect two kinds of information, personally identifiable information (“PII”) and non-personally identifiable information (“Non-PII”). When you visit this website, we collect Non-PII information. PII information identifies or can identify you as a particular individual. Non-PII is information that does not reveal your specific identify and which we use in the aggregate without knowing or recognizing the identity of any individual user.
The PII we collect includes: your e-mail address, name, physical address, phone number, and billing information.
The Non-PII we collect includes: the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer from which you accessed our website, information about the type of browser you used, information about the type of computer operating system you used, the screen resolution of your computer, how you reached our website, which of our website pages you viewed, demographic information, and information about how you use our website derived from cookies which helps our website recognize your computer on subsequent visits to our website.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use your PII to charge the issuer of your credit card for the purchase price of the tickets. We also provide your e-mail address, name, and address to the venues and/or promoters of Your Ticketed Event. Some events may request other information from you (custom fields), and that information will also be shared. If we provide any additional information to the organizers of a particular event, that will be noted in additional terms presented during the checkout process. Our agreements with those venues and promoters restrict their use of your e-mail address and name only to fulfilling your purchase, providing you information about Your Ticketed Event, and providing you information about the venue where Your Ticketed Event will take place. However, we are not liable for the use of this information by venues and promoters. Unless required by a court order, subpoena or other law or to defend against legal claims, we will not provide your PII to other third parties without your consent.
Because Non-PII does not specifically identify you to us or to anyone else, we may use such information for any purpose including, for example, determining the number of times you visit our website, determining the amount of time you spent on our website, recognizing you as a prior visitor to our website, diagnosing issues with our website servers, and improving our website.
Security of the Information We Collect
We use reasonable measures in keeping with the standard industry practice to protect the security of the information we collect from you and to prevent its unauthorized access. However, no data transmission over the Internet may be assured to be completely secure. So, we cannot guarantee that the information we collect from you will not be accessed on our servers or intercepted during Internet transmission and we will not be liable for any damages that result from interception or misuse of information that we collect from you.
E-mail from Stranger Tickets
The most common way for Stranger Tickets to communicate with you is through e-mail. We use e-mail notification to confirm your purchase of tickets. We also may occasionally e-mail to you information about upcoming events or promotional materials. If you would like to stop receiving automated e-mails from us, simply reply with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. However, you many not unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from us regarding your ticket purchase or Your Ticketed Event.
We have no control or authority over the content or privacy policies of sites that are linked to on this site. Please understand that you follow links at your own risk.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing a ticket from Stranger Tickets, you agree to assume all risks related to or arising from Your Ticketed Event including, without limitation, those related to or arising from inclement weather, and you waive, on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor, all claims for personal injury or death against Stranger Tickets, its affiliated and parent companies, employees, and agents, and Your Ticketed Event’s management, facility, artists, participants, and all of their affiliated and parent companies, employees, and agents.
Confirmation of Your Order
Stranger Tickets processes ticket orders only after verifying your billing information. Upon submitting your payment information and purchasing a ticket, you should receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you don’t receive a confirming e-mail or you see an error message, it is your responsibility to confirm with Stranger Tickets (firstname.lastname@example.org) that your ticket purchase has been placed. Unless you advise Stranger Tickets of the lack of confirmation, Stranger Tickets may not be aware of any problem with your attempted ticket purchase. If you fail to advise Stranger Tickets of the lack of confirmation, Stranger Tickets shall not be responsible for any monetary or other losses that may result to you.

All prices for events that take place in the United States of America are charged in U.S. Dollars. All prices for events that take place in Canada are charged in Canadian Dollars.
Recording and Photography
By purchasing tickets from Stranger Tickets you agree that you will not record or transmit, or assist anyone else in recording or transmitting, any photograph, audio recording, video recording, or other image of Your Ticketed Event or at or outside Your Ticketed Event venue. You acknowledge that Your Ticketed Event is a public performance and that your appearance and actions at or outside Your Ticketed Event venue also are public. You agree that you have no expectation of privacy regarding your image or conduct at or outside Your Ticketed Event venue. You also agree that Stranger Tickets and the event provider may use, without any compensation to you, your name, image, likeness, acts, appearance and statements in any medium including, without limitation, recorded audio, video or photographic reproduction, transmission, or publication made of or at Your Ticketed Event or at or outside Your Ticketed Event venue.
Anyone whose conduct is deemed by the event provider to be disorderly or a violation of the event provider’s rules may be refused admission to, or ejected from, a ticketed event and will not be entitled to any refund or other compensation.
Searches at the Event Venue
You and your belongings may be searched prior to entry into Your Ticketed Event. If you do not consent to such a search, you may be denied entry to Your Ticketed Event and you will not be entitled to any refund or other compensation. Some venues prohibit you from bringing into the venue certain items including, without limitation, drugs, controlled substances, alcohol, cameras, recording devices, containers, bags, and food.

Severance and Waiver
Ticket Refund Policy
All events are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. Other than as set forth in this Paragraph, all ticket sales are final and are not subject to a refund. If an event is over sold and you are declined entrance to Your Ticketed Event, you shall be refunded the price you paid Stranger Tickets for Your Ticketed Event. If Your Ticketed Event is cancelled, you shall be refunded the price you paid Stranger Tickets for Your Ticketed Event. If Your Ticketed Event is rescheduled, you may elect to be refunded the price you paid Stranger Tickets for Your Ticketed Event or receive tickets to the rescheduled event. If there is a change of venue for Your Ticketed Event, you may elect to be refunded the price you paid Stranger Tickets for Your Ticketed Event or receive tickets for the event at the new venue. Stranger Tickets will not be liable for travel or other costs you incur in connection with a ticketed event that is cancelled or postponed or where the venue changes.
Ticket Delivery Methods
Tickets are generally delivered through one of three methods: Print-at-Home/digital delivery, will-call, or postal mail. The delivery options for specific events will be shown during the checkout process.
• Print-at-home tickets are delivered via email to the supplied email address directly after the purchase is complete. Tickets can then be printed by the customer on any standard printer.
• Will-call tickets are not physical tickets. The purchaser's name, along with any other names specified during checkout, will be delivered to the venue or event promoters for admission to the event. Typically attendees will have to present photo ID to be admitted.
• Postal mail tickets will be sent by U.S. Mail. Unless otherwise specified during checkout and in the receipt, tickets are mailed within 7-10 days of purchase.
