The Central Saloon Presents:

RE-IGNITION (Bad Brains Tribute // Ex-Hells Belles)

Re-Ignition. A tribute band that decided to attempt the impossible, cover the Bad Brains. Then, on top of that, fronted by the female lead singer, Om Johari as HR. What more can one say? On drums, as “Earl Hudson”, Davee C Carpenter (Clinton Ferron and the Boogie Brown Band); on bass, as “Darryl Jennifer”, Mr Bob Lovelace (Fat City Smoke House, Marmalade), and on guitar, as “Dr. Know”, Jason Guitarsonsen (Prince). If you have never heard of the Bad Brains, then you will want to witness a rendition to honor the band that created “hardcore punk”. If you know and have witnessed this legendary band, then this is a tribute that you will want to see. Sure to incite you to mosh a la 80’s, where you help to pick the participants up off the ground and keep rolling!!

RE-IGNITION LIVE - KEXP FULL PERFORMANCE

WISCON

What they say: "Wiscon is what happens when an unstoppable riff meets an undeniable hook. Sweet vocals wrap themselves around stories about monster movies, zombies and nuclear annihilation. Keyboards are pushed past their natural limits and through multiple gain stages forming a startlingly beautiful sonic hellscape. Mammoth-killing drums and fuzzy, detuned bass lock in to produce an urgent, persistent groove."

FREEWAY PARK

"Freeway Park, a spoken word project featuring readings from his books and poetry that just happens to have expansive Fugazi-style hardcore riffs behind it—riffs that rarely repeat themselves." -SEATTLE WEEKLY
