Playing a haunting squall of noise and desperation, multi-instrumentalist Evans and vocalist/guitarist Hanks released their critically-acclaimed self-titled debut in Nov 2014. Surrounded in layers of Evans’ atmospheric production and Hanks’ sweeping vocals, the album was lauded as ‘detailed, dramatic, and monumental” and described as “the dark spirit of Depeche Mode combined with M83’s beats and Nick Cave’s drama.”
