Leah Jorgensen Winemakers Dinner

James beard nominated chef, Rachel Yang will be curating a modern take on Korean fusion featuring some of our favorite local small batch winemakers. Come enjoy a shared, unique Joule inspired cuisine and the company and the expertise of the featured winemaker. This month will feature Leah Jorgensen who is a 15 year wine industry veteran making expressive interpretations of Frances Loire Valley wines centered around cabernet franc grown in southern Oregon. There will be seven shared dishes all served family style complete with wine pairings. Wines poured will also be available for purchase at the event.
