Revelry Vintners Winemakers Dinner
James beard nominated chef, Rachel Yang will be curating a modern take on Korean fusion featuring some of our favorite local small batch winemakers. Come enjoy a shared, unique Joule inspired cuisine and the company and the expertise of the featured winemaker. Revelry Vintners founder and winemaker, Jared Burns, founded Revelry in 2005 just 2 years after college. He crafts his wines by the skilled hands of a chosen few in their cellars in Walla Walla Washington, relying on time tested techniques passed down to them from history, in unison with modern technology and few tricks of their own learned over time. Individually their wines are each very distinct, yet they all share the common qualities of balance, moderate structure, and dynamic flavor. This is the Revelry Vintners style. There will be seven shared dishes all served family style complete with wine pairings. Wines poured will also be available for purchase at the event.
