FEAST BBQ + STOUP Brewery

FEAST BBQ is a quarterly event held at the third of James Beard nominated chef Rachel Yang's restaurant, Trove, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. This time we are teaming up with one of our favorite breweries, STOUP, to bring you some of the best northwest beers and food pairings to really bring it to a whole new level. This is a very meat-centric family style dining experience, with a bounty of food worthy of the name FEAST. STOUP will be providing the beer, while our chef de cuisine, Kris, will personally be taking the table himself.
