Premium All Festival Pass and All Festival Pass Holders Policy (Note: Big Change for 2017)

Premium Festival Pass and All Access Pass holders will receive a code within 24-48 hours which can be redeemed for a ticket to each show in the festival. Just use the button/link provided underneath each show description below, enter your code, and a ticket will be issued. Pass holders must redeem for each show they wish to see.The code is good for one (1) ticket for each show during the festival. If you purchase a pass the day of the show, you will need to pick it up at the box office. Please be aware, the festival passes (except two-show pass) give you access to every show, but you must still redeem your pass code for a ticket for each show you wish to see. You no longer need to contact us by email for reservations. You must show your ticket, pass and ID for admittance once you arrive at the theater. The passes and tickets are not transferable to another person, only the pass holder may use the tickets for each festival pass purchased. The two-show pass is treated like a discounted general admission ticket, pass privileges are not included. Do not use the redemption button or link to obtain tickets. The option to select your preferred shows will be made at the time of purchase. See below for information regarding reservation cancelations and changes.

Parking at Broadway Performance Hall
Seattle Central College operates a 500-space parking garage at 1609 Harvard Ave across the street from the Broadway Performance Hall. Parking is $5 (evening).

Late Seating Policies
It is strongly suggested that SIDF ticketholders arrive 20-30 minutes before the scheduled performance time. Note: Traffic in the area of both theaters can be heavy at times please allow ample time to arrive and find parking.

Broadway Performance Hall
Late seating is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Late arrivals seating will be allowed at the discretion of the artists and Box Office Staff.

Premium All Festival Pass and All Festival Pass Holders: Ticket Change and "No Show" Policy
Once you make a reservation, be sure that you show up as we will only allow one "no show." If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please do so 24 hours in advance by contacting by boxoffice (at) seattleidf.org or for faster service, please Stranger Ticket support line: (888) 377-4510 to make changes to your shows.  After the second "no show" you will be refused any further reservations (and any made will become invalid) and you will be required to show up at the door (we suggest at least 30 minutes prior to showtime) to gain entry (if the show is not sold out already). However, if you arrive less than 30 minutes prior to showtime and a seat is still available, you will be granted entry to the show.

Ticket Exchanges
You may exchange your tickets for any other 2017 SIDF event. Exchanges must occur before the start time of the original event and may be processed at the box office or through Stranger Ticket Support at (888)377-4510. Does not apply for purchases made through other ticket services.

Refunds
Seattle International Dance Festival does not offer refunds on tickets.
