This is an evening to recall the musical collaboration of the amazing songwriting and powerful voices of Roberta Flack and Donny Hathaway (1945-1979), who recorded a duet album entitled "Roberta Flack & Donny Hathaway" in 1972. The beautifully supple, expressive voices and harmonies of these two friends garnered the success of such songs "Where Is The Love," "Be Real Black For Me," and their rendition of James Taylor's song, "You've Got A Friend."
This evening will be a magical experience of remembering these songs, for this astounding, inimitable performance of two great musicians, delivered by some of the most talented musicians and singers throughout the Seattle area.
