Elysian’s 13th Annual Great Pumpkin Beer Festival is 2 days @ Seattle Center!

SAVE THE DATE - September 29th & 30th - 2 days this year and we're movin' Pumpkinfest to the Seattle Center! Tickets go on sale August 1.

2017 marks the 13th year for Elysian’s Great Pumpkin Beer Festival – and we invite you to join us at a brand new location – the Seattle Center, where 80+ pumpkin beers (plus a couple surprises) from near and far will be poured, including twenty or so from Elysian’s pumpkin-crazed brewers and their collaborators.

In addition to loads of pumpkin brews, local food trucks, Chaotic Noise Marching Corps, KEXP DJs Riz Rollins & Stevie Zoom, pumpkin carving, and fall festivities scattered throughout the event – New to GPBF this year (drumroll please…) we are partnering with FRED HUTCH!

We are so excited to partner with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center for GPBF this year. Elysian and Fred Hutch began a partnership five years ago through Obliteride, an annual bike race where every rider-raised dollar goes toward lifesaving cancer research at Fred Hutch. Building on the relationship, we continued to support Fred Hutch through Base2Space, which allows people an opportunity to climb up the Space Needle and raise funds for cancer research. And, earlier this year, we joined Fred Hutch again for Slayride Banked Slalom, a race on the slopes of Stevens Pass to generate even more dollars for the organization. When we decided, for the first time in the 13 years of GPBF, to look for a partner to join us in this event, we looked no further than Fred Hutch. We are incredibly proud to say that 100% of the proceeds of GPBF will be provided to Fred Hutch in our joint and continued quest to search for the cure.

For those who haven’t been to GPBF – during each session, we have a giant, several-hundred pound pumpkin that is scooped, scorched, filled with Elysian pumpkin beer, sealed, conditioned, and then tapped at the fest for all to enjoy.
