Young, formerly incarcerated people, and former gang bangers in New Jersey have formed a group that is inspired by the Black Panther Party and its 10-Point Platform & Program. With food giveaways and other activities, #OPEN works to influence the minds and hearts of young gangbangers to show them they are the true “soldiers” needed to be "Our People Effecting Neighborhoods."
