This is Mark's current suspension performance harness that complements a woman’s shape and focuses the energy on the core. It's a hishi front and TK rear style harness.

Time permitting we will also run through Kinoko’s hip harness (better known as nawa pants) to make a really great combination.

This is a hands-on class - be sure to bring your rope and your practice partners! If you don't have a partner, come anyway and we'll do our best to hook you up with a practice buddy. Rope Bottoms - this is your chance to meet some rope tops - come learn and get tied up!
