In this critically acclaimed “chamber-like” quintet, the searing alto saxophonist Tim Berne is joined by Oscar Noriega on clarinets, Matt Mitchell on piano, Ryan Ferreira on guitar, and Ches Smith on percussion. Snakeoil’s first Seattle appearance, in 2012, dramatically illustrated the continuing evolution of one of jazz’s most fiercely independent voices.

Reservations can be made for those who are coming for dinner as well as the show. The Royal Room is all ages until 10pm.
