The Royal Room 2nd Annual Psychedelic Festival honors the a half century of psychedelic music with an homage to some of the iconic records in the year of 1967.
From John Coltrane to the 13th Floor Elevator, 1967 was a potent year in the evolution of modern music. The Rolling Stones and the Beatles alone each put out 2 records that year, as did Jimi Hendrix. This festival only scratches the surface, but with a huge array of incredible innovation, soul, and magic. Aretha Franklin, The Grateful Dead, The Doors, The Velvet Underground, The Who, Don Cherry and much much more.
