Class goal - create a small piece in ink with brushes
Tools/Materials needed: paper (watercolor, bristol or mixed media), white gouache or white gel pen, waterproof black ink, variety of brushes, small containers for water/ink, Optional: Pentel pocket brush pen - medium, black
In this workshop we'll go over how to create different effects and values with ink and water. We'll also go over creating light with gouache/gel pens. The beginning of the class will be instructional and practice, the second half is work time and time to ask questions.
This class will happen over Zoom. Students will be able to see the instructor and what the instructor is working on. Video and audio is optional for students, but encouraged. You will get a link to the class meeting and any handouts or prep by the day before. Start time is set, but end time is approximate.
