Embroidery Workshop - Pizza slice

Are you a veggie or a meat lover? Choose your slice and get stitching!

Class goal: Create an embroidered pizza slice 

Class skills: Straight, back and satin stitches; color selection, creating shape and form

Students will receive two patterns before class and instructions on how to transfer to your fabric (you will need a pencil).

Tools/materials: Embroidery needles, embroidery floss, scissors, cotton or cross stitch fabric, embroidery hoop, Optional: Needle threader, thimbles

Create your own pizza art with help from Maxx. Approximately 1/4 instructional time and 3/4 work time for stitching and asking questions.

This class will happen over Zoom. Students will be able to see the instructor and what the instructor is working on. Video and audio is optional for students, but encouraged. You will get a link to the class meeting and any handouts or prep by the day before. Start time is set, but end time is approximate.
