Botanical drawing workshop - deciduous twigs & branches

Instructor - Maxx Follis-Goodkind

Tools/materials: pencil, paper, pen

Optional - branch or twig from deciduous plant (lilac, dogwood shrub and forsythia are great options!)

Mix a little science into your drawing with Maxx. We'll review plant parts and how plants grow, then apply our knowledge to a drawing. Approximately 1/3 lecture and 2/3 drawing/work time. 

This class will happen over Zoom. Students will be able to see the instructor and what the instructor is working on. Video and audio is optional for students, but encouraged. You will get a link to the class meeting and any handouts or prep by the day before. Start time is set, but end time is approximate.
