image of Kim Hornsby screenwriterKim Hornsby is a USA Today Bestselling Author, as well as an Awarded Screenwriter with projects in development. Having shared space on the bestseller list with J.D. Robb, Stephen King and Nicolas Sparks, she has fifteen published novels, most of which are adapted to screenplays and scripts. Kim’s book series Dream Jumper, has been optioned and the script earned the Hollywood Fellowship in the Bigfoot Script Challenge at the Seattle Film Summit. She has two movies currently in development and projects being considered at Netflix, the CW, Hallmark, Lifetime, and Amazon. Teaching the adaptation for the Pacific Northwest Writers’ Association, the RWA and GSRWA, Kim is also a compendium member of the Northwest Screenwriters Guild.
A former Maui scuba diving instructor and musical theater actress, Kim now writes overlooking a tree-lined lake in the Seattle area with two furry muses as footwarmers in the rainy season.
