Syrah Fest 2021: A Winemaker Dinner with Structure Cellars

Please join local winemakers and friends of the Thief Brian & Brandee from Seattle's own Structure Cellars, as they pour a fantastic vertical of their Foundation Syrah, paired with a small plate dinner from Chef Hattie.

You'll be served a multi-course meal along with half glasses of Structure's 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 Foundation Syrah. What a treat! So much beautiful variation among the vintages, but the wines are still woven together with Structure's unique style.  Here's the menu:

• bruschetta with roasted beets, basil, black pepper-cassis syrup
  paired with the Structure Cellars 2014 Foundation Syrah
   
• baked formage d'affinois in phyllo, blueberry-shallot jam
  paired with the Structure Cellars 2015 Foundation Syrah
   
• fennel sausage, fingerling potato, fragrant saffron & lobster broth
  paired with the Structure Cellars 2016 Foundation Syrah
   
• mushroom tart, celeriac puree, confit olive
  paired with the Structure Cellars 2017 Foundation Syrah
   
• sticky & smokey pork belly, oregano chimichurri, roasted tomato panzanella
  paired with the Structure Cellars 2018 Foundation Syrah
   
• dark chocolate & cherry semifreddo, smoked thyme salt
  paired with the Structure Cellars 2019 Foundation Syrah

Brian & Brandee will be pouring and chatting about the wines, and will have bottles of the 2018 & 2019 vintages for sale at a crazy low price, just at this event.

Only 40 tickets are available for this memorable evening. We'll have vegan options available for all courses; please select the appropriate tickets, above.
