Advance tickets can only be purchased online-we do not sell advance tickets at the venue. Refunds are not available within 48 hours of the event. Tickets do not guarantee seating during shows at the Royal Room. Seating is currently first come first served. The Royal Room is All Ages until 10pm.
While gaining individual recognition for their own music on the Sunnyside label over the 7 years, Seattle-born saxophonist Logan Strosahl and pianist Nick Sanders (from New Orleans) have been developing their unique approach to the Jazz tradition since meeting at New England Conservatory in 2008. Focusing on free-wheeling, communicative improvisations combined with the American songbook, originals, and forays into different eras and styles of music, Sanders and Strosahl deliver an exciting new take on the duo format animated by a natural musical chemistry. Their 2017 record Janus is a testament to this, garnering enthusiastic reviews. Now developing their next project, they visit the Royal Room on a West Coast tour.
