Max Presents Building D/S Relationships

Doing deep D/S takes trust, knowledge, and connection - qualities that are built over time.

Relationships which incorporate consensual power exchange provide an environment for experimentation, growth, and refinement of the power dynamic in ways that are not possible in a single scene. For many, an ongoing dynamic is the state they've always wanted.

Building ANY relationship is hard. It takes self-awareness, honesty, persistence, and a variety of skills. Building a D/S relationship is extra hard in some ways, but we also have additional tools at our disposal.

This class maps out strategies for starting and growing D/S relationships and provides tools you can use right away.  We'll cover

• Finding partners
• Defining the scope of your authority transfer
• Managing multiple partners in a D/S relationship
• Working through issues and disagreements
• Making sure your dynamic is based on desire, not on structural power

This workshop will include lecture, demos and (optional) exercises. There will be plenty of time for Q&A as well.

The exercises are set up to be done alone - you don't need to attend with a partner to find value in this class.

As always with Max’s classes, there’ll be a handout to facilitate your learning and your ability to practice after the workshop.

This workshop assumes no previous BDSM experience and is appropriate for all genders, all orientations, and for both tops and bottoms.

If you're interested in exploring power dynamics within a consensual relationship, this workshop is for you.

You may attend alone or with a partner. Please buy a ticket for each attendee.
