The East-West Trumpet Summit w/ Ray Vega & Thomas Marriott

Trumpeters Ray Vega (NYC) and Thomas Marriott (Seattle) celebrate the release of their third album together, "Coast To Coast" on Origin Records with special guest, drummer Roy McCurdy. Also appearing are Michael Glynn on bass and Tim Kennedy on piano. The trumpeter's previous albums were featured on NPR's "Morning Edition" and charted at number one on the national jazz radio airplay charts. Their newest album features jazz legend and octogenarian Roy McCurdy as well as pianist Orrin Evans.
