Sensual Bondage
It's not what you tie but how you tie it

Sun, Nov 5, 2023 from 1pm - 3pm

Online ticket sales have ended, but tickets are available at the door on a first come, first served basis.

This rope workshop will be a hands-on class with active participation and rope tying. We will briefly analyze the methodology of sensual rope bondage highlighting rope bondage as a erotic process rather than a simple means to an end. To begin, we will summarize 4 elements of sensual rope bondage: Set up, Intent, Connection, Unravel. Following, we will focus on 4 rope handling skills for increasing tension, flow, and intimate connection with your partner/s.  At the end we will have the skills to tie both a fisherman’s harness and a spiral futomomo.

Prerequisites: None. This class is designed for all levels including individuals new to rope.

It is NOT required to come with a tying partner. However, it is heavily encouraged. The main objective is to increase connectivity with your tying partners. The curriculum was not originally designed for self-tying, but the instructors will best accommodate to the best of their abilities.

This is an inclusive workshop welcoming of all genders, sexual orientations, race, and ethnicities.
