A live music event benefiting 4 local charities featuring from Portland, OR The Best of Both Worlds a tribute to Van Halen, from Austin, TX The Outlaw Country Queen Darci Carlson, from Seattle, Champagne Sunday and Orcas’s The Studs
Event proceeds will help fund Orcas Island Children's House, Sail Orcas, Orcas Community Resource Center and Orcas Island Wrestling Club

- Please, no outside alcohol allowed
- Parking is limited. Each vehicle must have a parking pass. Please carpool :-)
- Gates open at 2pm, music starts at 3
- Children under 12 are free, all under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Friendly, well behaved dogs on a leash are allowed

Camp in the beautiful grassy field directly adjacent to our Hangar and a 1 min walk from the Hoedown venue! Tent, car and camper vans up to 18 ft in length only. Each Camping Pass good for 1 vehicle, 2 adults and up to 2 children for the night of the Event.
No need to purchase a Parking Pass with the Camping Pass. Arrival time for campers is 11:00am - 2pm and we can schedule arrival with you directly prior to the event via email. There is a departure restriction that after 2:00pm no camper may move their vehicle off the property due to incoming traffic needing to access the event site.
No fires or open flames. Camp stoves are allowed. Porta potty and hand wash station provided. You may bring in food, but no alcohol allowed. Pack out what you bring in.
Quiet hours between 1:00am - 7am. If you break the rules you are subject to removal.
