Looking for a cozy date night or a unique family dinner experience? Join Cooking with Christian for a delicious and educational evening of hands-on culinary fun at Little Jaye! This interactive class is perfect for those who want to sharpen their kitchen skills while enjoying a delicious, seasonal menu in good company.
Your ticket will include a 3 course dinner with a complimentary beverage. We will demo knife sharpenening and proper knife techniques. Struggle with cooking eggs? Let's go over a few different methods for cooking eggs and hone your skills as well as your knives. You can also be sure it will include fresh and local ingrediants and lean towards the comfy and nostalgic!
Your instructor, Chef Christian, is a proud South Park resident, father, and the beloved lead cook at Little Jaye. With a culinary résumé that includes Café Nordo, 84 Yesler, and Harry’s Beach House, Christian blends Southern roots, Italian American tradition, and Pacific Northwest flair into every dish he teaches.
