Join Chef Christian Rosso at Little Jaye for a heartwarming Sunday supper inspired by his New York Italian American family traditions. You’ll learn to prepare a meal that’s pure love in a dish, just like Christian’s Mama Ava made to celebrate his family milestones.

This two-hour class (add time for dining) combines hands-on participation and chef-led demonstrations as you enjoy a classic Italian meal: Antipasto, Salad, Homemade Manicotti, and Tiramisu. You’ll leave with new skills and full hearts. 

Perfect for adults and families with kids mature enough to focus and cook alongside their grown-ups. Wine will be available for purchase to pair with your meal. Come cook, practice, and come to table, Italian style! You’ll leave with Mama Ava’s recipe to remake the Manicotti at home.

Your instructor, Chef Christian, is a proud South Park resident, father, and the beloved lead cook at Little Jaye. With a culinary résumé that includes Café Nordo, 84 Yesler, and Harry’s Beach House, Christian blends Southern roots, Italian American tradition, and Pacific Northwest flair into every dish he teaches.
