Let’s welcome our first guest chef to Little Jaye! Chef Bruno, a 25-year West Seattle resident originally from Philadelphia, comes from a proud Italian American family with deep restaurant roots. Inspired by his family’s legendary Sunday suppers, Bruno brings a lifetime of flavor and wacky stories from kitchens like Tango, Vito’s, and The Westy.
In this special class, you’ll enjoy a relaxed evening of delicious education. Chef Bruno will demonstrate the art of making traditional Brasciole while guiding you hands-on through preparing a crisp seasonal salad and vinaigrette and plating techniques including Seattle’s own Forchetta fresh rigatoni.
Sip wine, watch a master at work, and savor a meal that blends classic Italian comfort with unique Pacific Northwest wit. Best suited for grownups and older teens with a sophisticated palate, this intimate evening is part cooking class, part dinner and perfect for the cozy winter months.
