Butter and Biscuit Cooking Class
at Little Jaye in South Park

It's butter to start with the basics. This class will go over the simplicity of the favorite quick breads of all time, the Southern American Biscuit. We will also make our own butter to butter them afterwards. You will leave this 90 minute class with a box of your biscuits and butter to take home and enjoy. This class is recommended for grown ups or teens.
Your instructor, Chef Christian is a South Park resident, proud father, and a recognizable face as the lead cook on the Little Jaye line. With experience leading popular cooking classes at Café Nordo and Luigi’s Italian Eatery, Christian brings both warmth and expertise to the table. He's originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina, and grew up on his family's New York Italian cooking.
