Easy Gnocchi Cooking Class
at Little Jaye in South Park

This adorable potato pasta can be made in so many different ways, each to compliment a different sauce! In this 90 minute class you will learn the basics of pasta making with hands-on gnocchi creation. Chef Christian will demo samples of 3 different shapes of gnocchi with 3 different sauces for you to taste and you’ll leave with your own gnocchi to take home and cook however you like. This class is recommended for older kids and grown ups.
Your instructor, Chef Christian is a South Park resident, proud father, and a recognizable face as the lead cook on the Little Jaye line. With experience leading popular cooking classes at Café Nordo and Luigi’s Italian Eatery, Christian brings both warmth and expertise to the table. He's originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina, and grew up on his family's New York Italian cooking.
