The Blues Festival House Band, comprised of Seattle's finest, backs guest musicians, honoring the legendary Willie Dixon.
Kathy Moore Playing the Music of ZZ TOP - 9:00pm
An All-Female line-up plays the music of ZZ TOP, centering around their 1973 album, "Tres Hombres", led by Kathy Moore. ZZ Top has become known for its strong blues roots and humorous lyrical motifs, relying heavily on double entendres and innuendo. ZZ Top's musical style has changed over the years, beginning with blues-inspired rock on their early albums, then incorporating new wave, punk rock and dance-rock, with heavy use of synthesizers.
Please note: Tickets do not guarantee seating during shows at the Royal Room. For sold out shows standing room may be the only available space. Please come early to ensure you get a table. Reservations can be made for those who are coming for dinner as well as the show. The Royal Room is all ages until 10pm.
