Three-time Caldecott Honor winner (and Emmy Award-winning Sesame Street writer and animator) Mo Willems appears at Elliott Bay tonight in this special talk and signing for Elephant and Piggie fans. In Mo Willems’ newest Elephant and Piggie book, The Thank You Book! (Disney-Hyperion), Piggie wants to thank EVERYONE. But Gerald is worried Piggie will forget someone . . . someone important. Mo Willems’ books include Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!, Knuffle Bunny, and Cat the Cat.
Tickets ($10) admit one child to the talk (and booksigning) and include a copy of The Thank You Book. Adults free when accompanying a child (otherwise, $10).
