The NW Chocolate Conference is a global gathering that utilizes dialogue and shared information to solve challenges in the chocolate industry. 

All Professionals of the Cocoa, Cacao, Chocolate Manufacturing Industry and Trade Are Welcome and Invited to Attend the Summit 2018. 

The 5th Annual Global Gathering of Industry Professionals at the NW Chocolate Conference is hosted in Seattle, Washington.

Join us for Participant Driven Dialogue on the Chocolate Industry focused on the challenges of sustainable chocolate making, cacao farming, equipment manufacture, cacao import and cacao export, product marketing, and retail sales. We work to create the future for artisan chocolate. 

The Conference is a Global Summit of participant driven conversation in conjunction with special workshops held across two days, every session filled with professionals committed to developing new pathways to collaborate and communicate within the chocolate industry. 

In 2018 There will be select industry speakers presenting topics as featured workshops. These professionals will offer guidance and focused conversation around their area of expertise. Simultaneously, in adjacent rooms, there will also be topics selected by the attendees and discussed using the proven techniques of group dialogue. Open sessions will occur (in the morning and afternoon) during the entire format of the schedule.
