Set 15 years in the future in post-earthquake California, two teenage brothers have half of a powerful ancient Chinese talisman. Millionaire Koga Shuko has the other half and is determined to get the brothers' half in order to obtain absolute power of the magical Double Dragon talisman. Based on the video game of the same name, The Washington Post called it amateurishly acted by kids "so upbeat they might have escaped from a road tour of Annie".
