A Conversation with Cheesemakers

Please join us for a fun, informative, and inspirational afternoon with our panel of local farmstead cheesemakers who will share their stories, views, and real-life experiences as a cheesemaker (and of course cheese!).  We will be joined by Francis Percival, a renowned food and wine writer and a co-author of "Reinventing the Wheel" as the moderator to lead the discussions. You'll also be treated to special cheese boards prepared by the cheesemaker panelists.
