My Best Friend

Lorenzo (Angelo Mutti Spinetta), a quiet, bright teenager better at music than sports, lives in a small town at the edge of the world in beautiful Patagonia. One day,  tough but shy Caito (Lautaro Rodríguez), the son of a family friend, moves in while his father cares for his sick brother back in Buenos Aires. Despite their differences, the boys are forced to share space and soon become friends. Caito’s rebelliousness helps Lorenzo express his repressed instincts and awaken his innermost passions, and forces Lorenzo’s parents to reexamine a dark chapter of their past. Caito, too, has a secret, which Lorenzo will have to keep.
