Ever wonder what it'd be like to drink the best coffee beverage in America, prepared by the best barista in the US? Now is your chance to try the beverage Cole McBride created to win the US Barista Championship in 2018.
This coffee cocktail features an espresso shot that is pulled for twice as long as normal, then twice filtered and chilled into a clean tonic devoid of crema and sediment. He then puts it into a CO2 charger with citric acid and yuzu zest from fruit that he imports directly from the farmer. During this half hour experience, you will get to hear Cole's presentation about the beverage, watch as he creates it, and get your own coffee cocktail as a result.
