Friends w/ Benefits: A Dinner Series ｜ The Four Elements with Stephanie Gailing

Monica Dimas of Little Neon Taco—winner of Eater’s 2018 Restaurant of the Year—presents Friends with Benefits, a dinner series comprised of six dinners throughout the Spring and Summer 2019 seasons. Each dinner will feature women in food and wine, plus other trades including a seasonally focused menu with optional wine pairings and cocktails.
Kicking off the dinner series, join astrologer Stephanie Gailing as she takes you on an exploration of the four elements—fire, earth, air, and water—embodied through a five-course tasting menu.
Each guest will receive an individualized elemental profile based on their personal astrology chart* guided by Stephanie. Throughout the evening, you'll learn about each of the four elements, times of the year each thrives, rituals to honor them, and with which ones you most align astrologically.
